Users of the Materials must abide by the following terms of use:

  • You may use and adapt the Materials internally to meet the needs of your organisation.
  • Redistributing or re-marketing adapted Materials from the toolkit or website is not permitted.
  • The Materials are aimed at organisations (including governmental, educational, for-profit and not-for-profit organisations) who provide services to people living with mental health challenges. The organisation may appoint a staff member internally to use the toolkit, or hire an external facilitator (consultant) to use the toolkit. Both are acceptable uses of the toolkit. However, a consultant may only charge for their facilitation services, not for the toolkit or Materials.
  • Researchers wanting to use the Materials in other projects or sectors may do so under abiding by these terms of use.
