The CFIR Card Game – Fact Sheet
This Fact Sheet describes how we transformed the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) into a Card Game to help implementation teams identify potential challenges and match these to strategies to overcome them. The CFIR Card Game is included in the Walk the Talk Toolkit in Meetings 8 and 9 of the 12-Meeting Planning Process.
