Factors affecting the implementation of recovery innovations during the COVID-19 pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic was an unprecedented global crisis that led to significant disruptions to face-to-face service delivery across Canada and the globe. The seven organisations that were the first to go through the Walk the Talk process had to adapt their innovations to COVID-19-related restrictions. This research article identified some of the factors that shaped decisions to postpone or continue implementation of adapted innovations in the early months of the pandemic.
