Factors affecting implementation during COVID-19 – Fact Sheet

This fact sheet summarises how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the implementation process in the seven organisations that were the first to use the Walk the Talk toolkit. It identifies the key factors that appeared to shape whether organisations continued implementing adapted innovations without interruption, or whether they postponed implementation to various degrees.
